Ingredients for 5 Servings:

- 1 kg Boneless Chicken
- 100 grams Salt
- 100 grams Red Chilly Powder (Karam)
- 2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 100 grams Coriander Seeds
- 50 grams Poppy Seeds
- 50 grams Cashews
- 50 grams Ginger
- 50 grams Garlic
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 15-20 Cloves
- 2 cm Cinnamon Stick
- 15 Cardamom Pods
- 6 Big Lemons
- 1/2 kg Oil

Instructions:

1. Cook the cleaned chicken pieces with 1 tsp Turmeric Powder and 1/2 tsp Salt until water evaporates (avoid adding extra water).

2. For Frying (Allow them to cool):
- Cashews: Fry for 1 min in high flame.
- Poppy Seeds: Fry for 1 min in high flame.
- Mustard Seeds and Fenugreek Seeds: Fry separately for 1 min.
- Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom: Fry for 1 min in high flame.
- Coriander Seeds: Fry for 2 min in high flame. Let all the fried ingredients cool.

3. For Blending (Keep them separate):
- Blend fried Cashews and Poppy Seeds into a powder.
- Blend fried Fenugreek Seeds and Mustard Seeds into a powder.
- Blend fried Cloves, Cinnamon, and Cardamom into a powder.
- Blend fried Coriander Seeds into a powder.

4. Extract and filter the juice from 6 Lemons.

5. Blend Ginger and Garlic into a paste.

Creating the Chicken Pickle:

1. Heat 1/4 kg Oil in a frying pan and gently add boneless Chicken Pieces. Fry until they attain a golden hue.

2. Transfer the fried chicken to a large mixing bowl.

3. In the remaining heated oil, fry 100 grams of Ginger Garlic paste for 2 minutes in high flame. Turn off the flame and set it aside.

4. To the fried chicken pieces, add:
- 100 grams Red Chilly Powder
- 100 grams Salt
- 100 grams Cashew and Poppy Seeds Powder
- 100 grams Coriander Powder
- 1 and 1/2 tsp Fenugreek and Mustard Seeds Powder
- Cardamom, Cinnamon, and Cloves Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Oil-fried Ginger Garlic paste (with oil)

5. Allow the mixture to cool down completely before adding 100ml Lemon Juice (adding Lemon Juice to hot ingredients may lead to bitterness).

6. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients, ensuring an even distribution of flavors.

7. Heat 1/4 kg oil and add it to the pickle for preservation (best stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator).
