Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breasts 🐓
- 1 cup dill pickle juice (go for the good stuff, none of that basic brine)
- 1⁄2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dill (fresh or dried, you do you)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Step 1: Marinate that chicken! 🍽
Pound out the breasts until they're an even thickness. Mix up the pickle juice, yogurt, mustard, garlic, dill and S&P in a shallow dish. Add the chicken and make sure it's completely submerged. Cover and let that flavor bomb marinate for 30-60 mins in the fridge.
Step 2: Air fry or bake that bird! 🔥
When ready, remove chicken from marinade (don't toss that liquid gold!). Air fry at 380°F for 15-20 mins, flipping halfway. Or bake at 425°F for 20-25 mins. The chicken is done when it reaches 165°F internally.
