Protein packed pickle sensation!

Sup fam? ๐Ÿ‘‹ You know we're all about those clean ๐Ÿ’š eats and nutritious noms over here. But let's be real, eating the same old chicken ๐Ÿ“ and broccoli ๐Ÿฅฆ can get mad boring real quick. That's why today we're shaking things up with this crazy delish ๐Ÿ˜‹ protein packed pickle ๐Ÿฅ’ sensation that'll have you saying "yasssss!"

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breasts ๐Ÿ“
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice (go for the good stuff, none of that basic brine)
  • 1โ„2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dill (fresh or dried, you do you)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Step 1: Marinate that chicken! ๐Ÿฝ

Pound out the breasts until they're an even thickness. Mix up the pickle juice, yogurt, mustard, garlic, dill and S&P in a shallow dish. Add the chicken and make sure it's completely submerged. Cover and let that flavor bomb marinate for 30-60 mins in the fridge.

Step 2: Air fry or bake that bird! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

When ready, remove chicken from marinade (don't toss that liquid gold!). Air fry at 380ยฐF for 15-20 mins, flipping halfway. Or bake at 425ยฐF for 20-25 mins. The chicken is done when it reaches 165ยฐF internally.

Step 3: Make the sauce! ๐Ÿ’ฆ

While the chicken is cooking, add the remaining marinade to a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Let it reduce down for 5-7 mins until thick and saucy.

Step 4: Assemble and devour! ๐Ÿ˜ป

Slice or cube the cooked chicken and drizzle with that crazy good pickle sauce. You can serve it over a salad, some zoodles, or just eat it straight up.
